Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
An automatic recurring payment will be made every month (“Monthly Payment”) for renewal of your subscription on a recurring basis. You will also receive a post-payment confirmation email following all automatic recurring payments. For example, if you sign up on June 5th, your next automatic recurring payment would occur on July 5th. You will not receive any advance notice of this payment but you will receive post-payment confirmation by email.
If your automatic recurring payment is declined, you will lose access to the SocialFlight service. When or if the payment is made, service can be reinstated.
You have the right to withdraw your consent to this Automatic Recurring Payment at any time. Cancellation must be made prior to renewal date to avoid being charged for the next renewal. Failure to cancel before your renewal grants you access to another month of service, and can not be refunded. To cancel your Automatic Recurring Payment, email us at hello@socialflight.co at least 24 hours in advance of your payment. Or, cancel your Automatic Recurring Payment instantly by logging into your My Account area on our website (www.socialflight.co), then navigating to your Subscriptions tab to cancel.
SocialFlight does not offer refunds on subscriptions more than 7 days old. If there are any issues due to our own mistakes at any point during your subscription, SocialFlight will extend your subscription for any days your campaign was effected.
At any point, SocialFlight may need to perform maintenance on client campaigns. This may cause short service breaks. Any affected subscriptions will be extended for the days missed.
To access this Agreement in the future through the SocialFlight website, go to the home page footer and click on “Terms of Service”.
By providing my credit, or debit card or bank account information (“Payment Method”), I AGREE that I have read and understand this Automatic Recurring Payment Agreement. In addition, I authorize SocialFlight to charge the full amount required by my plan (once every month) to the specified Payment Method; and I authorize the financial institution for the Payment Method to charge or debit my account and remit payment. This authority will remain in effect until I give notification, as required under this Agreement, to terminate this authorization.Please refer questions or concerns to SocialFlight by using the email below.hello@socialflight.co
By You: Upon sign up, you reserve the right to cancel your Subscription at anytime, without reason. Services will continue through remainder of last paid subscription month.By SocialFlight: We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 14 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
If asked for a review of our service, SocialFlight has the right to utilize reviews publicly on our website unless asked to remain confidential. If contacted we can remove reviews within 24 hours.
Specific results vary by situation, and other factors. No results are promised and all estimates provided in are based on average results seen in past situations.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
SocialFlight is by no way affiliated with Instagram or any other Social Media platforms.
Accuracy of materials: The materials on SocialFlight’s website may contain errors. Furthermore, SocialFlight reserves the right to update or change any material on the website at any time without notice.

Limitations: In no event will SocialFlight be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the services provided by SocialFlight, even if SocialFlight or a SocialFlight authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
SocialFlight is not responsible if your account gets banned, or temporarily blocked. You use SocialFlight as your own risk.
Warranty: Under no circumstance are any warranties whatsoever included with any services or products provided by SocialFlight.
Upon sign up with SocialFlight, you allow SocialFlight to act as your Account Manager to grow your following, engagement, and exposure.
Upon signing up for a free trial, you understand and agree that you will be charged immediately following the expiration of your trial, unless cancelled prior to trial expiration.
Upon cancellation of your subscription, and after the remainder of your paid subscription, you will lose all access to SocialFlight’s services.
